All this, plus great Snowater amenities, at a bargain price! This vacation property will sleep 6-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy).

PLEASE NOTE:  While this property is not pet-friendly for guests, the property owners do have pets.  Persons who are particularly susceptible to pet allergens should take this into consideration and reserve accordingly.

Snowater is a gated community in Glacier, WA positioned on 20 acres of magnificent forest on the banks of the Nooksack River which runs on 3 sides of the property.  At an elevation of 1000 feet, Snowater is accessible year round. Amenities include two full recreational buildings with two heated swimming pools, hot tubs, a sauna, four tennis courts, basketball, squash/racquetball courts and an adult fitness center. There is a lounge area with free WIFI, a pool table, ping pong table and a separate toddler playroom. The grounds have BBQ/picnic areas as well as a children’s play structure and trails along the river. Snowater is located at the edge of the Snoqualmie National Forest, close to the Mt. Baker Ski Area and spectacular old growth forests.

Rates range from $169.00 to $319.00 per night, plus tax and a one time cleaning fee, depending on season.  Reservations are subject to a 2-night minimum stay during regular periods and a 3-night minimum stay during holiday and special event periods.  The person making the reservations must be at least 23 years of age, ID required at time of check-in. Upon confirmation of reservation from Mt. Baker Lodging (reservations@mtbakerlodging.com), a packet of information will be sent to the guest with information and directions.
